24,400 since November 2003. Transmission replacement (vibration), rear end ring and pinion gear replacement (howl noise), awaiting another rear end ring and pinion gear replacement (howl noise came back).

8800 for me since April 20th 04, my driver's seat is ripped and my breaks squeak badly but I'm going to try and get that fixed soon.

37,000 Miles. Replaced Clutch pack in rear end, regular oil changes, and K&N air filter.

No other problems.

2030 miles since March 16. Had to take it in at 1638 miles to have the throttle body replaced. I have added a Flowmaster and K & N air filter. Trying to decide on the bug deflector. I like the looks without it but dont want the rock chips.

11500 since Sept. 04. Have had several issues, but love the truck - so much that my new 05 should arrive next week, wife gets the 04.
