Thanks Kev... i just checked out Magnaflow again. I found this part number....16613. I think it's the one i'm looking for. You or anyone else have info or maybe even have these specific one?

Also, where's the best place to buy the exhaust from?

I had this one installed at a local shop with aluminized mandral bent pipes and a Magnaflow polished tip for around $265. I went with the 22" muffler because i read on here some where that the 18" that comes in the kit was just a little to loud. This 22" sounds mean but not to loud and no drone in the cab.

thanks man... you've been a great help the past few days in a few threads i've been posting in! I just tried that code and man, that's a great savings!!
I'm gonna check the build date on my truck tomorrow, I just got an email back from HottExhaust... the guy told me 16613 is good as long as truck was built after June '04, otherwise he said 15821 would work on the standard cab for builds prior to that date.

Also, there's a rebate he told me about. After i install it, i call up and tell them how i like the exhaust. Then they process a rebate for $68.98 that get's mailed to me! With that, you think i can bring up the coupon code to him or should i order online? I mean... who/how do you get this code as a customer?

If you do it online, you are going to get the savings instantly. They probably won't give you both.(based on previous experience other members have had). I ordered online and had no problems. One thing you may want to know is that your system will be shipped direct from the factory, and it may take a couple of weeks to get.(mine did)...Kevin

Kevin is correct...you get one discount, not both. BTW, my 15834 was delivered 6 days after I ordered it.

I emailed hottexhaust.com and they told me this was the system I needed for my truck.

Does this come with the rolled tips? or is this another system. I'd much rather have rolled tips.

Yes, the 15834 comes with 18" X 4", 15 degree slant, rolled tips that are works of art.

Question Hottexhaust.com

Ordered a 16612 SISO from Hottexhaust.com for my '05 last Thursday and have yet to hear from them. Does it just show up at the door with no order confirmation, backorder, tracking, etc? I've sent them three e-mails and have yet to hear anything from them. I'll give them a call if I don't hear from them in the next day or so, but just wondered if this is SOP for those guys or what? No big thang.
Thanks!

I just ordered mine yesterday (Monday). I printed on the order sheet after placing the order, and so far I have received one email thanking me for my order and letting me know what company name will come up on my credit card for this order sinces it won't necessarily say hottexhaust. Anyways, i'll keep you posted if i get any more emails about my order. I would just call the 1800 number as they recommend you do so if you have any questions....

HottExhaust sucks!!! After all this time they couldn't get me the right part as they sent me one that doesnt fit my truck! They are sending UPS to my house Tuesday to pick up the exhaust and take it back. There service is terrible! It took me a week to speak with someone as they would not respond to my calls/messages.

I had great service with the part I ordered from there, however they overcharged me and after they said they'd credit me the difference, 2 weeks later they still haven't. If they're not careful I'll get the whole charge reversed

All I know is that I put flowrusters on a 92 f150 and they only lasted 2 years before rusting to pieces.I contacted the company and they replied that I live in a very wet area. I live in Oklahoma and we aint had proper rain in 8 years , especially western Okla!!!!

I've had mixed results, thusfar, from hottexhaust... My tip came in scuffed pretty bad and I'm at well over a month waiting on a replacement.

I would certainly check with either the our online store or Troyer Performance for the same part before I went back to them. While I can't speak for any vendors, I'm pretty sure that some variation of price matching would be considered.

It's a nice system from Magnaflow but, hottexhaust isn't the only show in town selling them...
