I don't know enough about lifts to purchase one. I like the one with the wheels and tires but my luck I would need to purchase a whole lot more stuff to make it correct...

That company is who I purchased mine thru.
Very fast shipping, great product and great service!
Now make sure you get the 4" block for the rear or it will cost another 200+ for a 1.5" Add-A-Leaf. My kit had a 3" Block and was 1.5" shorter in the rear when installed. They may have not taken all my Daystar kit off and that caused my problem but went with the Add-A-Leaf.
I have the same setup but mine cost 1195. They recently went up to 1225.
It actually lifts the fron 6" and the rear about 4"!
