Question adding cleats over bed rail caps

Has anyone added cleats over your black bed rail caps?
Do the stake pocket hole plugs pop out easily?

Was looking at the retractable tie downs here:

Any thoughts appreciated.

Thanks, Ron

I popped the little inserts out of the plastic bed caps. it's very easy.

I put those retractable bullrings in all for of my stake pockets. They look stock unless your standing right over top of them. The plastic inserts pop out very easily. the only negative aspect about the bullrings is that during winter they can freeze up and might need to be pryed up if you need to use them.
