"Just a Truck"

My sister and two of my brothers drove up to the hill country today to visit. Both of my brothers have trucks. One a 02 F150 Scab and the other drives one of those Dodge things. Both drove my new Scab and fell in love with it. But MY SISTER had the nerve to say its "Just a Truck". I don't know if I will ever be able to speak to her again. Some people just don't know the relationship between a man and his Truck

You let your SISTER drive your truck???

Don't you know SHE may have cooties or somethin'? Now you dunnit. You have to get that curse off that truck.

Go out and throw (not put) as much firewood into bed of your truck as it will hold. Get your brothers and a couple cases of beer. Drive your truck thru the biggest mud hole you can find, light a bonfire and drink yourself silly. All the while chanting " I will never let my SISTER drive my truck again!!!!"

When you wake up in the morning feeling like crap, you know it worked. That feeling is just the curse leaving you and your truck.

Now get to it before it's too late.

She didn't drive it. She drives one of those Chebby things. Her husband was so pissed when he found out my 05 is slightly newer then his 05 Chebby. So I gave her a copy of that DVD "Truth about trucks" for him to watch. I should hear something tomorrow from her

LOL!

He should be excited to learn that his front end is held together with a few bolts and sheet metal. Granted I know it's Ford marketing material but, I was amazed at how little 'front end' protection there is on that Silverado... almost scary.

Well knowing him and his hatred of Fords he will deny its true but the proof is there. I also have taken more pics of my truck after the second Meguiars NXT Wax today but don't have them developed yet. Thats some excellent wax. Might even make my brother in laws Chebby look decent

Heck I would love to have done that for him. I had to quit the beer drinking. I found out I was diabetic a little over 3 months ago. That was after losing 30 lbs. and not knowing why. The beer has too many carbs and my scotch tastes are quite pricey.

So this was cheap attempt to live vicariously thru someone else.

The upside is that I bought a new truck with all the beer and bar money I saved. My wife still claims it's a midlife crisis.

Enjoy

When your sister said it was “Just A Truck”, she was right. She probably only told you the synopsis of her true feelings because she was bedazzled by its absolute beauty. What she actually meant to say was “this is the nicest, best looking, most comfortable luxurious ride I’ve every been in and it’s Just A Truck

You don't know me very well. I am just waiting to find the right fender flares and/or mudflaps. Then anything goes. Mud, sand, rocks, hill climbing you name it.

The other things I wanna get before I dirty up the underside is Energy Suspension polyurethane bushings, 4.56 gears front and back and Power Slot rotors with Hawk pads.

I have my SC Tuner but that is a work in progress.

After all that I can claim it's "Just a Truck" and then the real fun begins.
