It's an easy job, and the parts should set you back about 100-110. Seems they will be making a lot for two hours work. That's two hours for a home mechanic. A shop should be able to install spals in about an hour with one guy doing 90 percent, the other helping a couple times.
If you don't feel easy about doing it yourself (and spal kits are designed for home mechanics, not shops) I guess 200 labor is not as bad as I've seen.

I used a Colibri, slightly harder to install. Took a couple hours. Hardest part is finding where to put the switches. Mine are in the middle. Others have put them on the center console, and on the doors themselves.
