Easier fix, Ford has theses nice lil seat belt extensions for "Bigger" people that work just fine in stopping that annoying buzz.

Great thread. I had no idea that we could do this, I just went out and disabled mine. I always use it, but sometimes on the farm it becomes anoying. Thanks guys!

I always wear my seatbelt but think i might disable the chime on my side anyway. theres plenty of times im just moving the truck around, like hitching up a trailer or something simple and low speed like that when i wouldnt bother with it. Im gonna leave the passenger one active cause my gf hates wearing seatbelts but hates the chime even more. Saves me having to lecture her every time she gets in the car...
