and the nice tree the slowed me from 100-130 to 0 really fast.

How is your easter weekend going?

Damage that I know of so far, front susp, whole left side, hood, front & rear bumper, whole box, frame, and I think the engine cause there was antifreeze, oil & gas all over and the engine died on its own.

I think the cab might of shifted cause there is stress marks on the passenger side & roof that caused the glass to crack and nothing hit it.

I got a sore neck, bump on my head, bruise on my hip & shoulder, and my back was abit sore. Most of the pain has gone away today, not even being 24hrs yet. That truck had a short life span, only 12,000kms it was 3 months old, and of course it was a full load, moonroof, black leather, power rear window.


I was going somewhere between 100km and 130km I think I was following behind a car so wasn't that fast.

"100-130 to 0"...? Can we assume speed was a factor in this accident?

But, if translated to MPH I quess 60-78 isn't unreasonable.

Not that fast! Man I feel your loss but you were doing between 60-80 MPH! On a slick road that's fast enough!

the roads weren't slick tho, wet but all clear except for a 2x1" pile of slush between the 2 lanes. It had snowed an 1-2" over night and it was allready lunch & +8*c out. I just hit that slush with the front tire and it kicked the back end around and I corrected it but the motion thru the back end into the slush and I spun backwards sideways into the ditch and into a tree. Last I looked and remember I was doing 130, but I had slowed down because of a car infront of me so I guess maybe 100 or so.

THe road sucked that truck up and spit it out like it was a lil
datsun.


I kept telling my dad(company truck) thoes stock tires are junk for winter time, but he didn't listen.

Well was there anything you wish you would of got with that F-150? Now is your chance to get it. Im glad to hear that your okay but sucks about your truck man. Things will turn around for you!

I hope your injurys heal fast and if your lucky they will write off the truck so you can get a new one.

Funny u say that, I was just trying to talk my dad to give this truck to someone else cause I wanted a new lifted diesel. He said its to nice for anyone else so I was stuck with it. Guess I can get that new truck now.

That highway has taken 4 of our trucks this winter. 2 04 ford f350, 1 03 chev 3500, and now 1 04 f150.

some junky stock lariet kind, allseason 18" rim. BFG's I think.
