Leds are in, VIDEO!!!

buahhaa had a nice install day again today at the firehouse, only one casuality today, messed up my thumb with teh sawzall, yup that hurt...you might find pieces of it in your chili at wendy's lol anyway we setup this nice bracket using angle iron that i mounted to that bracket/support thats in middle of the radiator that has that sensor on it.... wiring wasnt bad at all, just time consuming , but its all worth it ....i gotta buy a new speaker for my siren the one i had on my car is just way to big an bulky to put on the truck,, surprisingly my z24 had more room to hide stuff than this truck does...anyway heres a video...

http://www.drpaul84.com/Videos/ledsstrobes.wmv

reminder that the strobes arnt really done justice with the video cause the flashes are too bright an fast for the camera to get em all, also the led's are blue and white....2 are white 4 are blue....

Paul,

That looks amazingly awesome!

Now you need to do a write up of it all. How much you had to spill and how you did it!

lol well , as far as parts... i used sho-me led's on the top row of the angle iron i used the slimliners, white/blue split...on the bottom i used microlites... blue... i bought the microlites on ebay used for bout 70 bux..an the slimliners where a bit expensive got em from rimindustries.com ...dont remember exactly how much, right now i just have the standard led flasher on it, gonna change it to the strobe led flasher so its faster an has nicer pattern, other than that its just the wiring and switch an fuses you gotta pay for, i found the angle iron at my house lol, 2 full lenghts of it layin around...
