exhaust

So... I just got my 05 f150 about two months ago. So far I have put a trailer hitch on it, Linex, and a tonno...so i figure its time to step it up and do something big. I'm thinking about exhaust. any inputs on what would be best. thanks

SI/SO Super 40 Series Flowmaster.... the only way to go!

Single in-single out so you dont lose Low-end power.

Many of us luv our SI/DO Magnaflow (side exit or dual rear exit) catback SS systems...straight-through design, flow tested for no low-end losses, cool mellow sound, no cab drone, reasonable prices (don't pay retail of $479, can be had for $380)...type Magnaflow in search here and go to www.magnaflow.com for dyno charts, etc.

i went the "cheap" way with mine..........i just replaced the stock muffler with a magnaflow round type single in/out and 3'' stainless pipe behind the muffler....added an 18'' stainless tip for under $200 installed.....truck sounds great but not too loud.....no drone in cab atall....kept the stock look and exit point...the hp gains per dollar spent just wasent enough for me to justify spending 4-5 hundred dollars on an exaust....
