Engine fan help???

Does our fans always run on our trucks? i was wonderin about the TSB for the fans. how can u tell if u need the fan clutch replaced??

I started my truck up cold, and the fan was turnin then, but i dont know if they all do or not. I know when i 1st pull out, the engine has the loud fan sound to it, until i get going...

The TSB applies to fan noise that sounds like the fan speed running up and down for several minutes after a cold start. There is a redesigned fan clutch for this concern. Mine had the noise and I go my fan clutch replaced and it is fine now.

Troyer Performance is now shipping the electric fan kit for the 04-05 F150s now. You can replace that noisy old fan.
