2 1/2" or 2" level?

I got the specs to make my own 2" level. but i read alot of people puttin 2 1/2" in their trucks.
Whats better?
I know 2" is actually 1 5/8. whats 2 1/2?

I used the autospring 2" kit. Their 2 1/2" kit is a 1 3/4" spacer. Be advised the 2" kit raised the front of my FX4 about 2 1/2"(I've heard that FX4 may have diff. spring rate though) The rear now sit 1" higher than the front.Love the look/kit.

Used the 2.5 inch Daystar here and it did raise it almost 3 inches in front...probably like 2 3/4.

I just put a 2.5" Daystar leveling kit on my supercrew. I measured the front and back, from the ground to the center of fender.

Before Lift -

Front: 36 1/2"
Back: 40"

After Lift -

Front - 39 1/2"
Back - 40"

I would go with 2.5" Daystar. This is one of my options to the 4 inch or the 6 inch lift kits.
