strut lug pattern?

Im making a set of levelers for my truck.
I got the idea off of a set i seen on ebay.
There one peice and made from airplane aluminum.
Iwas fixin to order a set, get the specs and instructions,
then resell them. But I found this forum so I thought I would give it a shot.

If possible I need the bolt pattern on the strut and any instructions on install of a one peice.
Saving the time to have to take the strut off to measure it.

I own a machine shop so would like to change 2 thingsabout them and patent a design. So any information on patents would also help.

The leveling kit I got is 2 pieces on each side. The first piece replaces the stock rubber piece the top of the springs sit in. The second piece goes between the top of the strut and the cowel it sits up in. This kit also comes with longer bolts because of that second piece.

The bolt pattern is not even as the bolt that is most inward is further away from the two that are outward (if you understand that). I'll see if I can get some measurements for you.

Ah yes but please note that those are the upper parts that go above the strut and below the cup the strut is bolted in. The leveling kits usually come with that part as well as a new spring seat that replaces the factory rubber spring seat. The spring seat goes on top of the spring and you have to dismantle the strut to install that. Together those parts create your leveling kit. I acutally need an extra inch on mine because after installing my 305/70-17 tires with my Daystart 2-1/2" leveling kit they still rub when I turn.

BTW, could you possibly post the diameter of your spacer and also the hole specifications? That would make things easier. I'm thinking of making my own to add a little more room for my tires.

I actually have the design drawing for the top spacer from DayStar. My buddy over there (Don) faxed it to me. If anyone wants a copy just email me and I'll get it to you.
