Thanks guys. Sorry, I should have put this information in the original post. That badge is from the rear lift gate of the 2002 Ford(naturally!) Explorer. The badge is pre-curved to fit a bowed body panel and will not fit on a flat surface. The part number is: 1L2Z-7842528-NA. Cost: $9.49 plus shipping from fordpartsnetwork.com. I think they are quite stylish.

The badge comes with the die-cut adhesive tape already applied to it. It is a peel-and-stick operation.
