Sorry to hear about the horrible service you got. Where do you live and what was the dealerships name that screwed up so badly? I will tell you on thing, if you want the same kind of poor service, go to Joe Meyers Ford here in Houston. They are the worst of the worst I thought, but then again they never LOST my truck, just spent 12 hours putting in a window and other various problems.

I can say this...TYLER FORD is the best dealership in the state of Texas.

Well, the service rep told me it was the air conditioner over flow canister (or something like that). The dash doesnt need to come out, and it will be fixed in a few hours.
