Well, picked up my truck again with a "new" drive shaft. Tires balanced again.
This time they replaced the body and transmission mounts. When I was waiting for my truck,I started to talk to a service guy about the truck and asked him why they replaced the mounts? He told me that the vibration will always be there. In fact they put softer mounts on my truck to absorub the vibration. I did see a new TSB that I haven't seen before? (will update later)

For 05 they put the softer mounts on all the 150's.

The service guy said Ford is blaming it on the frame, beacause it's so stiff?

They will be getting a letter today. To date 24 total days in service for this issue.
