How far have you gotten? Have you gotten the little plastic Headrest retainers out of the seat? If so look under the bottom of the seat and there is (for lack of a better term) a ziplock tipe fitting that holds the seat cover to the seat...undo that and the bottom of the seatback will be open. Next take a coat and stick it in through the hole in the top of the seat...you will have to run it OUTSIDE of the metal headrest retainer (unless you have the headrests that have the wire coming out of the bottom of the headrest posts...in that case run them INSIDE)....run the coat hanger to the bottom of the seat and tape your wire too and pull it back up through the seat back. If you have to run the wire from the headrest to the bottom of the seat just tape the wire to the end of the coathanger and pull it down through the seat back. Its kind of a pain in butt the first time you do it until you get a feel for it, but this is how I done mine and it went pretty smooth.

If you haven't gotten the plastic headrest retainer off the top of the seat....look inside if it with a flashlight. You will see a little clip that lock it in when its pushed down...take a screwdriver and break that lock off and it will pull right out. You maybe able to mess with it and get it out without breaking the lock but just breaking it off inside was the easiest way to do it and you cant ever see it anyway.

Let me add this....If you have the headrests that have the wire running out the end of the posts you will have to cut the end off the plastic headrest retainer and slide it up on the the post before running the wire down he seat back.

it's a monitor that is installed in the back of the headrest of your truck. So if you have a SuperCrew, the rear seats have the monitor in the headrest in front of them.

I used....believe it or not....JB Weld! It worked great and set up hard as a rock. Use the conventional kind...not the Quick Set...that way you have time to make get them in straight and clean up any "mess" you make". I tried the metal strip thing and could come up with anything that would work, plus I was afraid with the strips on the back side of the foam that you could see them through the leather (or the screws would poke through).

kewlrunninz...here is a pic of my monitors:
