YO,
I use the Ford brand defroster. Just push the button on the dash!

It's been a long while since I've utilized the Rain-X Anti-Fog product but, as I recall, it was HORRIBLE. Yes, it worked. It made the window look smeared and distorted though...

That's the primary reason why I didn't want a truck with a sliding window.

Agreed.....tried using this stuff on a helmet visor and it was worthless.

How about trying one of those 12V horizontal fan defoggers? Mount it to something (like plywood) that you can lay on the back seat and point it at the rear window. A convenient powerport is nearby.

I don't have this fogging problem in my Scab.. I'd be looking at the heater core for leaks. It only takes a few drops an hour leak with the heat on to create those fogged windows. Are you smelling any antifreeze and I guessing on that because I don't have clue what Fords new antifreeze smells like if it has a smell at all??

I'm with yob2...that button on the dash with the yellow light works wonders for us folks in the northwest states.

I use this stuff exclusively on my bike helmets. I NEVER have a problem with them fogging up and I ride year round. I use the "Z2O" spray to clean the visors and fog-proof them with the wax. I haven't tried it on a surface as large as a vehicle window so I can't really say if it will work for you.

Like so many others, I just push the little button and the window clears up.

KC-10 FE out...

Why would a leaking heater core fog up only the window furthest from the plentum box.
