You aren't really making it yourself if you get the measurements from someone else.

Pick up a Daystar leveling kit and then "YOU" can install it yourself.

Its not like the old days of doing a body lift with shopping cart wheels.

I think it would be easy to make your own. Just get a piece of round aluminum stock, cut it down to 1-5/8" or 2", then take apart your shock assembly and measure the width of the three top screws/bolts.... Then you could drill them out and your done....

Should look somthing similar to this.

I think it would still be a pain in the ****....that is unless you have the machine that cuts raw metels down....like they use for making wheels.

It's easier to just buy the parts now days.

easterisland, you dont really make much sense. Just because he wants the measurements doesent mean he's not making it himself. Thats like saying if you follow a cooking recipe then you having really cooked it yourself.....geeze

If you have access to a band saw and a drill press, you could make a set of these is about 20 minutes.

Go to a local metal shop and buy some 4 inch round stock and start from there.

If I had the tools here, I would make em and sell them on Ebay myself.

You should be able to figure hole placement by making up a mock template. The top of the strut assembly is exposed so accurate measurements can be taken. Go for it, it’s definitely doable.

Try Play-Doh..... Make a round play-doh "pattie" and put it on top of the strut. Theres your're template.
