Add-a-leaf

I'm looking to buy an add-a-leaf for my truck. There doesn't seem to be too much to choose from out there. About all I could find is the skyjacker (#skjr3415) add-a-leaf which should be the one that comes in their 3 inch lift kit. Found this at Jack-It for $108 + ship.
Anyone else find a site that sells these?
Anyone have this installed with a 2 inch autospring kit with pics posted?

Before somebody asks why I would want to lift the rear after leveling the front: Ever since I hauled a load of bricks in the rear of the truck, the front just seems too high, especially towing the boat. Plus, I do carry a fairly heavy tool box in the back, which could lower it some.

I believe Skyjacker claims that it will add 1.5 inches to the rear (jackit.com says 2 inches).

Looks like I should have ordered it yesterday. Now it's $113 instead of the $108 that was posted yesterday. Oh well.
