same here, my supercrew sounds like a damn train trying to stop every time. They sanded my pads last time, worked for a week or so then back to normal. try to see if your dealer will cut you a deal on putting ceramic pads on the front for you. thats what I'm gonna have to do. had those ceramic pads on my mustang and did not have a problem.

I've had good success on quieting brake squeel on any pads by using this red gooey stuff from Napa Auto Parts called Disc Brake Quiet. You spread it on the outside of the pads, where the caliper grabs it.

My Screw is going in again this week for the brake squeal. Nothing more irritating than hearing a metal on metal sound during normal braking.

I told the service manager that I wanted new pads and rotors put on the truck. He said they can't make that call until they look at the parts. I've only had the truck for 5 months and put 8k miles on it. You would think the brakes wouldn't be going this soon.

That's the correct fix for this problem. Have your dealer put some of that brake quiet on the back of the pads and the squeal will dissapear.

If the pad doesn't fit snug in the caliper, it will vibrate when you apply the brakes, that vibe is what you hear as a squeal.

Just got my truck back from the shop. They turned the rotors again (2nd time since i got the truck). Same problem with my last truck (03 excursion). Kept turning the front rotors. Seems to me that the rotors arent made for a heavy truck, maybe for an escprt of something
