I have an '05 FX4 Scab and am looking for a rubber bed mat to custom fit the flareside bed (6.5'). Does anyone have a recommendation or a source?

I believe the Ford vendor that pops up on this site has one. I think it's Moss Motors. Second I bought a bed mat myself; but did so through the dealership. Got it in about 4 days. If you don't want to go either of those two routes check out Performance Products or Styling Concepts web sites. I've ordred parts from all the places mentioned and all were fine.
