Need Help ID'ing Wires

I want to hardwire my cellphone charge for a cleaner appearance. I have a 2wd, so in lieu of the 4WD switch, I have a coin tray under my D/S air vent. When I popped this out, it has a harness attached to the back. I assume it's for the 4WD selector.

Anyway, there are four wires:

Light Blue w/ Red Stripe
Med Blue (2 wires)
Black

I'm guessing black is ground, but what are the other three, and is any one of them a hot lead that's either switched or constantly hot?

Thanks.

Without a wiring diagram I dont know, but if you have a 12v circuit tester or a DVOM or as a last resort a 12v test light you can find out yourself. Go in and test them for power or ground. If youre not comfortable doing this take it in to a reputable stereo installation shop and let them do it.

No, I don't have a way to test it. I was hoping someone on here knew so I wouldn't have to take it anywhere.

I was hoping for the lazy way out.

Anybody?
