Anyone out there have helpful instructions on how to splice the Pac Swi-X into the factory wiring harness. Thanks.

 

Connect the BLACK wire on the SWIX to ground.
Connect the RED wire on the SWIX to switched +12V
Connect the WHITE wire on the SWIX to LT BLUE/RED on factory stereo connector (used an inline splice).
Do NOT cut the BROWN or VIOLET wire loops on the SWIX.

That should be all. Then just follow the programming instructions to program the unit.

Connecting it to a Kenwood DDX7015. Same radio you have. Yours looks awesome. I guess I will put the IR in the same location.. Will post pics when done.. Thanks again.

 

My harness has two LT BLUE/RED wires. I connected it to the one of the right when looking into the dash. Is this the right one. I am having trouble programming the pac.
