Whats the top speed for these trucks?

I know some people say the truck won't go over 97mph. Also I have seen some guys say it does about 110mph.

How fast will these trucks go though? Also whats the fastest you have ever gone in this truck yet?

Without modifications, a stock '04 F-150 will get you up to about 100 MPH +/- 5 MPH depending on when the speed limiter kicks in (it varies a little truck to truck). With the speed limiter removed by my SuperChips 1714 Tuner, I've had my truck up over 130 MPH (verified by the radar gun in my brother's state patrol squad car). I certainly didn't keep it there very long since my tires are not Z-rated, and my brother told me to "SLOW THE #!@$ DOWN!" over the CB radio.

VERY FUNNY MAN! I thought you guys had forgot about that by now!

I acually answerd my own question about an hour ago about how fast the truck can go. I was on the highway and wanted to see myself what it can do. Well, It won't let me go over 100mph. 100 is fast, but also a little scary going that fast in a truck (but thats just me) I'm always thinking if one of my tires blew out at that speed, you can kiss my a** goodbye!

Without any modifications, my truck went up to about 105 mph, but with S. 1714, I can go up to 120 mph without any problems.

Im sure you will be able to get me back someday...i was actually reading another post where i guy drove over a tree limb and damaged his truck abit, and the first thing that popped into my head was that he must live close to you.

Anything for a laugh.
