Soes anyone have this Box?

Does anyone have this box or a similar one?

Looks unusual and that it wouldn't fit under that backseat of my SCAB. What other options are there out there?

Never seen it, never tried it... but that is a great deal (with shipping) for a custom built MDF box!

That box looks similiar to the one on http://www.supercrewsound.com/showprod2.asp?prodid=50
I believe some people on here have used that box.

Probox also makes a nice one http://www.proboxrocks.com/ford/04upf150supercab.shtml

Wouldn't the Probox speaker hit the underside of the seat and sound like crap. The other box as a little lip to keep the speaker up from hitting the floor.

This discussion pertains to an '04 '05 F150 ONLY. (More specifically a SCAB) So no, not really. If I asked who like the sound of Xtant subs or something that, my dear friend, would be in the speaker system.

Hey, poster above me, where did you mount your amps, will jusat about any 10 fit, do you have a Super crew or cab, et cetera.

I have the probox and it fits and sounds really good.... Check my gallery for pics... Also, the rockford is just the sub I choose, there are many that fit (jl, mtx, kicker etc..) It is just a shallow mounted sub that sounds good and isnt over done....

I mounted my amp behind the rear seat. And no not just any 10 will fit but i modified my box to fit 10w3v2s. I think the mounting depth is 5.25" regularly but don't quote me.

I was told boxes where the sub hits the seat sound crappy. I haven't actually heard one so I can't judge, but I have not heard too many good things about Punches.

How did you modify your box?

Same here, and I know it's sealed and solid. $15 for a 4'x8' sheet of fiberboard.....some glue, some sealant, screws, polyfill, carpet....you're done.
