this guy on the forums was listing audiophile stuff in the forum pages instead of classified i took the bait i paid him on paypal filed a claim hope i get my money back beware email me at aetcmh@aol.com and i will forward his email and f150online user name dont want to slander him in public well i do!!!

 

Did you pay with a credit card or with a bank account? If you paid with a credit card you're in the clear.

Regardless, PayPal usually sides with the buyer in this type of situation. I'm surprised they haven't refunded you yet. Now that you filed a dispute, the seller must provide a tracking # and signature confirmation to PayPal to be able to keep the money you sent him. At least this is how it was about 1.5 years ago.

 

no i used by checking account but pay pal said i should receive my money by feb 11 if seller does not respond to there email

 

man that sucks, i say blast him... who is it ?? im sure all the guys will set him straight
