is this for the new body style? and does anyone know what the benifits are?

I don't think this would make any difference on your vehicle unless you have installed a supercharger and some upgraded injectors. I would think the stock fuel rail would be good to 450+ horsepower, but I am no expert.

Fuel flow is dependent on the fuel pump capacity really....I bet the size of the fuel rails has a negligible effect.
