Trans code on door sticker

My truck was built 7/03, on the sticker located in the door jam under "trans" it states "A".
Does anyone know what the "A" stands for? I looked in my manual and it does not say anything about an A code for the trans.

You have the 4R70W, unless you have a Lightning or a 7700. I thought you had asked this on another thread in the transmission forum and someone answered it.

Nope, never asked this question before, i was bored the other day, so started flipping through my manual, and noticed there was no reference to the A config. in the book.
