My 04 5.4 3v has been at the dealership for almost a month. I checked in last week and they said that they were replacing the lifters. Then I went by today and they said there is still some "noise" that they think is coming from the timing chain. I am thinking I need a new motor, under warantee, at least, if not a new truck. This is the 3rd time I've been to the dealership. First time for major clunk coming from the trans, the next two times for the horrible clatter from the motor at start up. Any advice?

 

well mines at the dealership also and they think its a rocker... truck only has 1200 miles Im not a happy camper right now.
