Sold the 04

I'm sorry guy's put I had to sell the 2004 f150. Got this purrty 2005 Mustang Gt Still White with dark leather. I have to say it pulls alittle better than the 4.6 in the F150.

I know where there is a 2004 f150 4.6 xlt reg cab, short bed, with towing package for sell. probably be able to get it for $17,000 had 7800 miles when it left my hands.

If you ever thought about doing the same I say go for it!

I don't know! Around here you can't get an Xlt for less than that new! You can get the stx and xl but they don't have power windows and cruise control. So I'm told! They will probably put 17000 on the window and go for no less than 16,000.

Congratulations!

JoJo-

Right on! Those new pony's are killer! If you got a GT, all the better!

I'm overpaying on my monthly's for the truck, and plan on getting a leftover 05 Stang, or 06 next January myself. I will probably just get the 4.0 V6, so I really envy your GT.

I should have my 69 Mach done in June, and I am really considering just selling it off and then grabbing a new GT also, but that's really some mixed emotions. (Kind of like watching your mother in law drive off the cliff in your brand new GT. )

Anyway, Blessings man, and enjoy!!!

I was thinking about selling my 04 f150. I need a truck though. So I now have just decided to sell all my other projects and buy either a new 06 mustang gt, or buy a 03-04 low milage cobra.

I paid $22,500 for my 04 XLT 4X4 regular cab with 5.4, 3.73LS, power adjustable pedals, cassette and CD, running boards, ppolished aluminum wheels and it was new (October)

Heck, don't sell the 69' period!!! Or, if you do, consider me as a buyer.

Congrats on your new Stang'. I'm certain that you're going to love it!

The '05 GT's are faster than the '04's. That's real world, not a magazine fact. And I'm glad you got what you wanted, but you're the first person I've met who thought the '04's looked better than the new ones.

I think you hit the nail on the head, he was either breaking it in or didn't want to give it.

The 05 GTs have a 4.6L with the same 3V set up as our 5.4s, so I am sure they are faster than the 04 GTs (which isn't saying much). I myself have to have a truck to drive (not to haul stuff with but because I like driving a truck) and a car to play with. I traded my 02 WS6 Vert in on my Screw after I traded my Ram in on a Jeep Sahra (and I seen how much I missed having a truck). I am starting to miss having a car now....SO this spring I plan on selling the Jeep and buying a 05 Corvette. I thought about a 03 or 04 ZO6 but I don't think I would like not being able to remove the top, besides the C6s rock!

I'm in the same boat as your but I also need the triple car garage, and triple car payment income to help me out!

Hey jojones, congrats on the new GT! I picked up a silver one to go with my Lariat, which I'm keeping. The weather has been for crap since I bought the GT on Jan. 2nd, so I don't have pics of the two together. It's certainly more fun to drive than the truck.

Gtullous, I seems that the '05 is running about even with the '04 Mach 1. Mine definitely feels fast after driving only F-150's for the last ten years or so. I highly recommend it!
