anyone have Donahoe Racings Leveling kit??

anyone have Donahoe Racings Leveling kit??

Anyone have a Donahoe Racing 2.5" leveling kit?? I can decide between a Donahoe or Truxxx 3"

never heard of donahoe making one..... whats wrong with autospring or ez lift? They seem to be the cheapest on ebay. I got mine for $75 (not off ebay though)

Both the autospring and ez lift bolt right on the top of the strut too.

I dont know how much the Donahoe is but the autospring sells for $115 shipped and it comes in either a 2" or 2.5" (depending on if yous till want a little rake toward the front or perfectly level). Just do a search for autospring on this site and youll probably get millions on posts, alot of which are me asking questions about it.

ok- i like the autosprings kit... looks 100% the same as the Truxxx kit??!!! except the autpsprings say 2.5" and the truxxx says 3"-

what levels the truck out the best? 2.5" or 3"?

Well from my experience and what ive read, my 2" autospring gave me an actual lift of about 2.35" and people on this forum have said the 2.5" has given them close to a full 3" of lift. If you want it perfectly level then the 2.5 will work perfectly. Personally I like a slight rake forward, otherwise it looks nose high, just my 2 cents.

Yes, you're truck will need to be aligned after the install. Got mine aligned for about $40 from a local shop. The autospring install is quite easy to do and can be done in just a couple hours (allow more time for the first side just to read the directions and figure everything out).

You are correct. My 2" autospring gave me 2 and 3/8 inches of lift. Which is still slightly lower than the rear but because the front wheel well opening is wider it looks level.
I'll probably regret mentioning the fact that the spacer for the 2" lift is actually 1 and 5/8".

donahoe's spacers are a little different than autospring. the donahoe spacer does not bolt to the top plate, it replaces the top plate.

does anyone know if the Donahoe level kit creates the same problems as the Daystar?

People have posted pics with the A-arm (i think) hitting the top plate after install - does the Donahoe do this also, or does replacing the top plate get rid of this problem?
