Do you have BFG tires and if you do where they Road Force balanced by the dealership. Ford extended the warranty and replaced both of mine which fixed the steering wheel nibble you are describing.
My truck has a brand new set of 265/70/17 Nitto Terra Grapplers. Discount Tire road forced them and the worst one tested at 13 lbs. Then the Ford dealership road forced balanced them and it still shakes. My STX originally came with Continentals and I shook with those on it.

I'm being told to bring my truck in next Tuesday and they will replace the steering rack assembly. Granted it's under warranty, a complete rear end, driveshaft, road force balancing numerous times and now a steering rack, I am all but done with this. It's time to go in a different direction. The truck spends too much time in the shop, it's had way too many parts replaced and I shouldn't have to go through this. It's not safe to tow with it and I need to pull small trailers 2-3 times a week.

I am waiting on a return phone call from a Regional Ford Representative to see if they will help me in any way. Does anyone have any suggestions if a Regional Ford Representative will help me out?

Any help is appreciated.
