pros and cons about nirous
35 shot wouldn't be worth the weight of the bottle and the stuff you'd have to go through to install it, IMO.
If you don't have it already, I think money would be better spent in a freer flowing air induction setup, exhaust, and a tuner.

already have gibson exhaust, airaid intake and superchip progarmmer, i heard anything over a 35 hp shot could be bad news unless u have a custom built engine. so again any one help with pros and cons about nitrous on the 5.4 24valve thanks

Spray at least a 50 shot.
Maybe change plugs and use a wet kit.

a 35HP shot is pointless and a waste of money. Our trucks are so big, no point in putting nitrous on a truck. My opinion. Besides, you would probably need to retard your timing some also.

Just think you went from a 300hp flywheel, to ATLEAST 450flywheel...

The general rule is retard your timing 2degress every 50hp. Alot of guys spray 150 on stock timing though. 100-125 on platinum plugs. I'm not quite that brave.
