My truck was built at Norfolk and does indeed play MP3's.

I looked at an 05 KR and it had mp3 on the faceplate. If yours has this and was on the sticker, i would raise holy hell if it wont play mp3s.

My '05 Lariat w/ 6-CD (non audiophile) plays MP3s just fine.
I ran into a small problem with burning the CD in true mp3 format and not in a data or media (wpa I believe) format... actually had to pull radio fuse after one failed attempt b/c and caused the player to read "bad disk" with all cds! :o

Just click the "home" button at the top right, then scroll down. You will see it along with all others on this site.
