Bad News?

I just did a search for a stop shipment for defective engines. This might be old news, but thought some members might want to see this article.

Good for Ford! Just one more reason I'm proud to be a Ford man!

engines

Well....I didn't say it was bull****, but I have not heard any of this. What I did say was that we are working 10 hour days running 2 shifts at just our plant alone. If there was an engine problem I would imagine we wouldn't be working. I cannot imagine building almost 1200 trucks a day if there was a problem with the engines.

I remember that as well. I thought it was something about an ignition coil being defective. That came up about four months ago when I was waiting for my '05 to be built. Didn't seem to cause any delays though. If it _was_ a problem, I'm glad it was caught before I took delivery of my truck.
