Need you opinion?

I have come across some money and am torn between having the front end leveled out and keeping my stock tires, or buying 2 285/70/17 BF all-terrains and waiting another month to get the other two. Dont have enough for all four. Or, i can get 265/70/17 bf all-terrains and level out the front. What do you guys think?

level out the front end first (its tire non-dependant)

save up and get all 4 tires at once (maybe you can get a better deal when you have 4x tire purchases, 4x mounting and 4x balancing)

Is your truck a 4x4? If it is, running tires of different heights will cause the drivetrain to bind up. I'd level the truck and get the 285's later in any case.

wandell, yes it is a four wheel drive. I should have been more specific. I think I'll just raise the front end and work on the tires later. At least the truck will look more respectable! Thanks everyone.
