Backspacing for 315/70/17

Hello all. I am so happy to have found this site. It has answered many of my questions.. but I have 1 more....

For the guys running 315/70/17's on custom wheels, what backspacing are you using in order to not rub? I am looking at the American Racing Mojave 17/8. Any info would be great.

Thanks

backspacing

I am running these tires on bone stock rims and bone stock suspension. I only had a VERY SLIGHT case of rubbing on the driver's side wheel well upon full lock to the left. I it by tie strapping the plastic wheel well shroudh away from the tire. Other than that No rubbing.

What if you want to run aftermarket wheels though...then what backspacing?
