Can I find out x plan price?

I bought a 05 F150 recently and the sales manager said he was going to give me x plan price. After reading the thread on sales prices I think he might have lied to me. How can I find out the x plan price? Is there a website that I can use the VIN? Thanks.

Hey Steve,

You can go to www.forddirect.com and build your truck online. It won't give you the x-plan price for the truck you've built, but if you use the "search inventory" feature , it will locate an identical one in a dealers stock and give you both MSRP and X-plan pricing on that vehicle.

Good Luck!

BTW, the X-plan price for my 2004 Lariat Supercab 4x4 was $59 below the invoice price. I will vary from vehicle to vehicle based on options, configuration, etc....

You can see the x-plan price with one or maybe both of these links.

X-plan

x-plan

After you put in your zip code and build your truck, it will bring up the dealers in your surrounding area and compare what you built with what they have on the lot. You'll see the X=plan price and the MSRP. If you play around with the pages long enough, you can even see a copy of the window sticker.

Thats about what mine came to also. After seeing that there was so little difference, I didn't bother using my X plan PIN. Instead, I used the AQHA $500 rebate and the dealer gave me a certificate good for another $500 off. That made the price less than X=plan price, and $500 less than invioce. To bad there weren't any incentives available when I bought it. That would have been really sweet!
