K&N 63-1089 Air Charger anyone using it?

I can get a great price on one of these but I thought the FIPK was the one to get. Anyone know the difference between them? Or is anyone running this setup? Pros, Cons? Better ones out there for the money?

jperea has one on his truck. He likes it. Do a search on it. He talks about the installation and I believe he replaced another manufacture's intake with the K & N.

I'm using the K&N as well. Easy install, no check engine lights. My understanding is that the FIPK and the Aircharger are basically the same product. As far as better ones, there are a number of products available and just as many opinions of which is better. I went with K&N because I got a good price and the company has been around a while. About the only con I can think of is that is not a flashy mod, no chrome or stainless. But that fits fine with me.

ViperFX4,
Jag is right. I've been through 3 intakes and really wasn't satisfied until I installed the K&N. Plus, doing searches you can see that Airaid and Volant have had recalls on theirs. The K&N isn't the flashiest intake, but it has been the best performing IMO. Check my gallery for pics. JP

I have one also. I like it a lot and have not had any problems with it at all. Plus, eazy to install. They do have a chrome version out now too. The best part is the throaty sound you get from it.
