Anyone else miss these?
My 99 had lights in the door that would iluminate the ground when the doors opened. This was nice as you could see when you were about to step out into a large mudhole or sheet of ice.

Don't the interior lights illuminate the ground enough?! Or better yet, the headlights as your pulling into a space next to a huge mud puddle?!

The expeditions have a light mounted on the bottom of the outside mirror.Lights up the whole area next it.

I don't think the 99s ever had puddle lamps (like the current KR). I think he's referring to the lights on the bottom of the interior of the door.

Yes lights on the bottom or rear of the doors, and DZ I don't normally pay attention to where the mudholes and such are when I am pulling in to a place. Guess I will ahve to consider that now though.
