Looking for a service home for my new screw Lariat 4x4. Covert in Hutto or Covert on 183 would be the most convenient but I have no recent experience with either. Anyone know of a good service dept in the Austin area? Thanks!

 

while I would have said differently about a year ago, I find that Leif Johnson's department has totally changed its attitude, and would recommend them...

their treatment of my situation regarding the brake system (pads I guess) on my new F-150 was excellent...replaced the rotors and pads, realigned a rear door, tied up some cables inside the front doors that were rubbing the glass and leaving streaks, and replaced the temperature sensor by noon on the day I dropped it off...schweet....

 

Had an 02 screw,bought it in Hutto,traded it for an 04 at Leif Johnson.Haven't had any reason to try Lief Johnson service yet,but Covert in Hutto was great to me. I would highly recomend them.Always quick in and out. Get with service rep Mark Steep,really nice guy.

 

Bought my last 2 trucks from Leif Johnson and always used their service department for routine and warranty work. They were courteous and professional everytime I dealt with them. One time they had to keep my truck 2 days to troubleshoot some wiring problems on my HD but gave me a loaner while they worked on it.
