Shop manual or CD for 2004?

Is there a good shop manual, CD, DVD original, or aftermarket?
I have Michels on Demand for 2003, but nary a word for 2004. and I'm not renewing a subscription for one truck...
Anybody know a good book on these?
Chris

It's a little less expensive if you don't need the entire Ford product line.

Thanks for the suggestions.
Of course it's a lot cheaper if you have a DVD burner and a friendly shop...
But that would be Wrong.

It would still be pretty cheap if say, a group of us bought the DVD together and one of us, say, me, burned it and distributed it to the group.
