Thats why I opted against leather this time. Looks great, but cold as hell in the winter and sweaty and hot in the summer. Our champange drinking friend (D) hasnt complained in a while and thought this was a good topic to hold him over till someone asked which is better Autospring or Daystar.

You know, the light tan interior really isn't hot during the summer, and this leather actually breaths very nicely. Add in the tinted windows and you've got a luxurious interior that doesn't torch your ****. They are chilly in the winter, but that's what the heated seats are for!

I hear two more level kits are coming out to add to the confusion: Dayspring & AutoStar. They'll be available in 1 5/8, 1 9/16, 2, 2 13/15, 2 8/8, etc... you also get your choice of compressed or non-compressed spring installs, colors, and a free gift with every post about them!

I think its funny we spend just as much time making fun of those posts as they spend posting them.
Seems like a lot less is going on in the 04 forum lately. Not so much to read or post about. The money tree is bare but soon to come, exhaust, intake, tuner, and black magics. Fatman, your assignment is to go wheelin this weekend and post pics. D, make a good post up for us.

Ok - now that I've got your attention - WTF is with the safety ****'s at Ford HQ slapping on a ?%*( timer on my heated seats?! Our bimmer has three levels: Singe **** Hair, Hot, and Warm. They never shut off until you tell them too or kill the engine. My Lariat has Kinda Hot & Pee warm and shut off after 10-15 minutes. I haven't RTFM yet, but somehow I doubt there is an easy way to disable this horrible 'feature'. Any of your fart smellers know a way to disable this crap?! Prollly a setting in the PCM that is gonna require some serious hacking... please tell me there is an answer!!! I'm sleepy now. I expect an answer by the time I get my morning coffee.. G'night.
Yeah, it's a late reply. But I saw this article this morning which might go a long way toward explaining the timer on the heater. As always, it only takes one moron to file a lawsuit and screw it up for everyone else.

My wife holds a master's degree in elementary math... ... ... you're right though... it's a pretty 'odd' sense of humor.

I read somewhere that the Daystar and the Autospring kits are weakening the front-end components and causing permanent damage
