DrkShadow,

Sounds like its time to go down the DSB route. Did the FSE or dealer at anytime admit there was a vibe??

I only have 1 maybe 2 work orders that state they felt a vibration. The dealer I worked with the last 4 times and rode with me last week told me, "this is the harmonic vibration I read about" or something like that but he sings a different tune now.

It's important to have either the FSE or dealership admit there is a vibration...perferably on paper. Has the dealer stated anything on the work order that would indicate they felt a vibration?

I have this one which is the damper one from last week

Also have 1 from another dealer that clearly says that confirmed it.

Congrats Dana,
I'm very happy to hear that your situation has been resolved.
Hope you enjoy your new truck. They're great trucks.

DrkShadow,

What area is OK are you? I am originally from the Norman Area. I've dealt with Reynolds ford before, and Marc Hietz in Pauls Valley. They seemed okay, but I never had a major issue.

I work in OKC. I've been dealing mainly with Diffee in El Reno. It's been to Reynolds once (3 techs felt no vibe but was early on and it's got worse since then, not been back there) and also to Cooper in Yukon. I've got some thinking to do this weekend.

I might try dealing with a FMC District/Zone Sales Manager directly. I'm tired of talking with the distributors (dealers). Worth a try before going DSB/Lawyer route.
