Lightbulb Need HP and Torque numbers for stock 4.6?

I need the stock dyno numbers for the 4.6. I am wondering if the 99-04 Mustang engine would be better for the truck since it makes more TQ and HP put of the box. I know the cams are what is doing the trick but also the intake has something to do with it.
231 HP and 296 TQ sucks.

I am interested in seeing where the power comes in at on the two engines.

Maybe I should just do a 5.4 SOHC or DOHC swap into the truck as the PCM would handle both. I would have to find a 3V 5.4 and a PCM to swap those in.

Maybe an 02 Navigator engine as it at least has 300 HP and 4 cams. That means I can get more HP and TQ out of it later with mods. Not only that I can get a complete takeout Navigator 5.4 for 1000.00..

What are your thoughts?

Maybe I should do gears and then see what it feels like for power.

Thanks,
Matt
