Yep got the single in single out. I have had it on for about 20k miles sounds great no drone. Bought it from Troyer. Easy install took 45 minutes and bolted right up no problems.

I have a 04 supercrew.
If you are planning on Magnaflow. I would suggest the #12588 Muffler...S/I-D/O. From personal experience I put the #12158 on my truck first. The sound was great but the cab noise drove me crazy. Two weeks later I had the #12588 installed. NO CAB NOISE, the sound is still great. at cruising speed you can not even tell you have a different muffler from stock.
If you are looking for S/I-S/O or S/I-D/O I would highly recommend the 5"x11" oval --- you pick the style....
Good Luck

Get the Banks cat-back. It sounds great.

If you're wanting stainless, then one of the pre fab systems is prolly the way to go, but for a couple of hundred less, you can get just about any muffler you want with your choice of single or dual outlet and some nice chrome tips at most good muffler shops...Kevin just my 2 centavos

as one of the very few who is qualified to speak about the SUPERCAB 5.5' style i can tell you that i have the Magnaflow. i have had them in the past and been very happy. once i installed the si/so i have to tell you that i was very disappointed. the fitment hangs really low and sits .5" from the spare tire. i was not happy with the fit at all. i took this up with Magnaflow and they responded two months later. the guy admitted to me that they had not actually tested on this configuration and they they just assumend it was a good fit. he offered to take it back, but hey after 2 months of this thing cooking itself into place i ( for now anyway ) will live with it. from what i have heard and read the BANKS monster kit is a better fit as they list the application and those that have purchased it have seen pieces in the kit that are not used for the supercab 5.5' bed. better performance? who knows.... there is no one setup that is Black and White better. they are all pretty close. for the most part it is a preference thing, but a good fit and look should be just as important as performance. hope you have better luck than i did!

my bolted up and fits fine on my RC SWB. You dont use one of the stock hangers though. No big deal at all.

$300+ shipping

Im sure its the exact same "problem" mine is since if im not mistaken its the same frame. The front hanger where the stock muffler hung is not used, and one of the hangers on the magnaflow kit is not used. NO BIG DEAL! It works fine and the only way you are going to know that isn't right is if you crawl under there and look.

People making a big deal about that hanger is like making a big deal when you ordered onion rings and got a one fry mixed into all of them.

it does hang lower than it should in the rear.... may i just got an oddball. still not the quality i am used to with Magnaflow. Father for is right about the hangers by the front end of the muffler... you cannot use them, but again it does hang low by the exit... i will post pics later. then you can make your own call.
