Question Question about outside temp. indicator

When I park in my garage overnight and pull out the next morning, the temp. is always showing about 3 or 4 degrees off what the outside temperature is. It stays like that for hours afterward. But if I park outside(such as at work all day), then it reads almost dead on(+- 1 degree).

I don't consider this a real problem, just curious to know if anybody else experiences this or is it just my rig.

Thanks guys.
