Well, at least getting the level look is affordable. If I would have had to go with an entire suspension or body lift I probably would have learned to live with the low nose. It also gave me an excuse to tinker with the truck.
true it is affordable. And these F150's look way better than the titans or Toys. I do like the look of the Dodge trucks, but the F150 frames are much stiffer and stronger, s mechanically, I think the F150 is so much more ahead of the competition that it will take the other guys at least a year or two to catch up.
I was debating between Dodge and Ford for a little while, but a bunch of my wife's family have Dodges and almost all of them have had transmission trouble, so I went with Ford. I'm very glad I did. Best riding and handeling truck I've ever been in.
Whiteman AFB
MadMarty,
Next time you go to the flower shop on base say hello to my sister. She and her husband run the shop. Brother-in-law retired from the Air Force there at Whiteman, and now runs the simulator for the stealth. Went to visit last summer and got to visit the base very nice place. My wife drives an 02 king ranch and I just bought an 05 STX,(RED) drove it home yesterday.

alignment after leveling kit
I took the truck in to check the alignment today. I didn't think it was off, but wanted to be sure. The toe adjustments were way off. The truck drove fine, no pulls, shimmies or anything. So those of you that are debating if you should get an alignment or not, you probably should, I figured a $70 alignment was cheaper than $400 to replace two tires.

BTW, nice looking truck. I think you will enjoy the daystar. 10k miles on mine so far.
