Shorted?

Does anyone else feel like they got shorted on the driver side carpet. I just noticed this this morning as I was getting into the truck. Seems to me they could have left about 5 or 6 more inches to cover more of the firewall. But then again it may just be mine that is this way.

I've noticed it too when I installed my CB, but it was the same way with my last few trucks. After a while, you get used to it.

I do admit though, if I had a SCrew Lariat like yours, I'd be more happy if they would have extended it. Just imagine the cost of 6" of carpet in EVERY F-150. I am sure that was considered as well.

As my dad says, "It's just a damned ol' truck!".

Enjoy!

Hmm, you really might be my brother. That's what my dad says too...

He simply doesn't understand the concept of keeping a truck clean.

It was a pretty bad feeling. I sat there for a good 3 minutes and then when I could tell the water inside the cab was level with the water outside, I opened the door. Then my buddy opened the passenger side door...OOPS!

The seats got their damage when I clsed the door...OOPS again!

Ah, well. Done and over with.
